ULTRA DELUXE CARBON ROAD

Mahalo for booking with Kona Sports Center. Rented bikes must be picked up in person by the person who made the reservation. Credit card or cash payments accepted. Rental price must be paid in full upon return of the bike to the rental location. No drop-offs at other store locations will be accepted. Please arrange to pick-up, or drop-off, your rental bike during our operational hours and days only.

A minimum booking of one (1) day (24-hours) is required for all bikes. If no rental insurance is selected, all damages are the responsibility of the renter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Non race week rentals have a 48-hour rental cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of one day’s rental. Reservation changes made within 48-hrs of pick up or drop off will be subject to applicable charges. Race week rentals (Lavaman, Ironman 70.3, Ironman World Championship have a 2 week notice for cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of 7 days rental. Reservations that include race weeks mentioned below are binding and cannot be changed .

LAVAMAN Waikoloa is on March 31, 2019. Rentals have a 4-Day minimum between 3/26/19 and 4/1/19. Rentals made for less than 4 days will be rate adjusted to a 4-day minimum charge during these dates.

Hawaii IRONMAN 70.3 “Honu” is on June 1, 2019. Rentals have a 4-Day minimum between 5/27/19 and 6/2/19. Rentals made for less than 4-days will be rate adjusted to a 4-day minimum charge during these dates.

IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS is in Kona on October 12, 2019. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum between 10/5/19 and 10/13/19. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge.
